Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I clean my gutters?
We recommend cleaning your gutters twice a year, in spring and autumn, to prevent blockages and water damage.

What areas do you service?

We work from Ryther and service Selby to York and everything in-between. 

Are your cleaning products eco-friendly?

Yes, we use eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for your property and the environment.  Where products are more aggressive we'll discuss this with you before use.

Do you offer gurantees?

Exterior cleaning is difficult to guaranteee, however, if any of our customers felt something wasn't right we would be happy to come back and reolve it.

What is included in a patio or driveway clean?

For driveways that require re-sanding, that is included.  Where required, and with your agreement, we will use chemicals to get a better result.  This is included however, we have to be sure that no contamination is caused, so where septic tanks are in place it may not be safe to use chemicals.

What qualifications do you have?

There are no formal qualifications for exterior cleaning.  However, there are certifications for the safe use of chemicals.  I have that certification which I am happy to provide by email.  You can check the validity on training companies website for peace of mind.

Experience is the key qualification in the industry, along with a strong connection with a large group of highly professional exterior cleaners.
